Jarrett graduated from Rutgers University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also minored in Spanish and is bilingual.

Before joining the R.I.C.H. Planning Group LLC, Jarrett held a number of different finance and accounting positions within Johnson and Johnson. He has been in financial services since 2003, and holds his FINRA securities registration Series 7 and 66 as well as his Life and Health Insurance licenses. 

In the community, Jarrett is a founding member and past president of The Patriots Networking Group, a local organization dedicated to helping its members grow their businesses. He is also involved with the Make A Wish Foundation of New Jersey. Jarrett resides in Somerset and enjoys reading, running, and playing golf in his spare time.
